About Newbie Parents

Hello, I’m Frank, a dad based in Singapore. I started building this app for my wife and me to keep track of our son’s feeds, naps, diaper changes, and the many other things that come with caring for an infant.

As my son grew, the app grew with him. We added solids tracking when he started exploring food, and my wife’s suggestions helped shape what I built next.

Our family’s story was featured in Singapore newspaper The Straits Times while the app was still a small personal side project. After the feature, a few people asked if I was going to make the app available to other parents too, because they thought it might be useful for their families.

That little personal project eventually became Newbie Parents, and our goal is to make the first year of parenting a little easier.
